摘  要:针对青海某金矿磨矿系统生产过程中半自磨机及球磨机衬板磨损严重,磨机负荷增加,导致磨矿效率下降、设备运转率低、加大了生产成本等问题,通过对半自磨机衬板磨损的分析,结构改造,升条高度由原设计的150、80 mm提高至170、100 mm,衬板平板部位厚度由原设计70 mm减薄至60 mm,衬板提升条采用非对称锥面设计方案;将溢流型球磨机筒体衬板单波峰设计改进为双波峰的设计结构,将原设计为两段分割结构的端衬板,改进为三段分割结构,提高了球磨机的磨矿能力。最终实现半自磨机和球磨机衬板使用寿命分别提高了1 500 h和2 200 h,生产能力提高了50%。磨矿系统电能能耗下降12. 34 (kW·h)/t、钢耗下降0. 3 kg/t。The article mainly discussed mill load increase which resulted in grinding efficiency decline,production cycle decrease and production cost increase after lining board are weared severely in the process of production in grinding system of one gold mine in Qinghai. We redesigned the structure of lining plate which made the original design height amended from 150 mm,80 mm to 170 mm,100 mm,the thickness of lining plate parts amended from the original design 70 mm to 60 mm through the mill liner wear analysis,at the same time we used asymmetric cone in designing scheme which made the ball mill cylinder liner original designed single wave modified to the double-wave structure,the side plate for the original designed two period of split structure modified to three sections. We successfully improved the efficiency of grinding machine,even made the capacity of SAG increased by 50% nearly and prolong the life-span of SAG and ball mill 1 500 and 2 200 hours respectively through lining plate redesign. The energy consumption of the grinding system decreased by 12. 34( kW·h)/t and the steel consumption decreased by 0. 3 kg/t.
