摘 要:采用了一种射流式微泡发生器并建立了矿物浮选试验系统,根据微泡发生器三相流动特性,提出了基于双流体模型的三相流动力学模型。常温常压条件下基于三相流动力学模型,运用CFD理论和Fluent分析软件对射流式微泡发生器内气-固-液三相流动行为进行数值模拟,分析了射流式微泡发生器内三相流场的压力、速度和三相分布等重要参数。结果表明:喷嘴截面面积不断变小导致压力增大,发生非常剧烈的三相间相互作用,微泡基本在此处生成;静压在微泡发生器轴向端从入口到出口方向逐渐降低,而在喉管内部静压的径向分布比较均匀,非常适合气-固-液三相充分混合。研究方法能够对相关设备的开发提供一定的参考。A jet microbubble generator was used and a mineral flotation experiment system was established.Based on the three-phase flow characteristics of the microbubble generator,a three-phase flow dynamics model based on a two-fluid model was proposed. Based on the three-phase flow dynamics model under normal temperature and pressure conditions,the three-phase flow behaviors of gas-liquid,solid-liquid and fluid in the jet micro-bubble generator were numerically simulated using CFD theory and fluent analysis software. The three-phase flow in the jet micro-bubble generator was analyzed. Field pressure,speed and three-phase distribution and other important parameters. The results show that the continuous decrease of the cross-sectional area of the nozzle leads to an increase in pressure and a very severe interaction between the three phases. The microbubbles are basically generated here;the static pressure gradually decreases from the inlet to the outlet in the axial end of the microbubble generator. The radial distribution of static pressure inside the throat is relatively uniform,which is very suitable for three-phase full mixing of gas,solid and liquid. The research method of this article can provide certain reference for the development of related equipment.
