摘  要:呷村银多金属矿4 100m水平以上保有大量"三柱"资源,矿石品位高,价值好,亟待回收。对4 100m中段1线~4线Pz3矿体采场"三柱"回收方案进行了研究,经技术经济比较,推荐采用中深孔直接崩落法回采,并详细介绍了其回采工艺流程。中深孔直接崩落法采场生产能力250t/d,矿石损失率35%,贫化率25%,吨矿回采成本为128.7元/t,回收该部分矿柱可获得销售收入6 224.0万元,净利润684.8万元。研究成果对同类矿柱的回收具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。A large number of high grade and valued pillars were urgent to stope at above 4 100 min Gacun Agpolymetallic deposit.Scheme optimization of pillar recovery for Pz3 ore body from 1#exploratory line to 4#exploratory line was carried out and mid-deep hole caving method was recommended after economic and technical comparison,with its mining process detailed.The stope production capacity was 250 t/d,the ore loss ratio was35%,ore dilution ratio was 25%,the mining cost was 128.7 yuan/t.62.24 million yuan sales income and 6.848 million yuan retained profits were generated.By the way,the research achievement has a certain reference and guidance significance to pillar recovery for similar mines.
