摘 要:针对缓倾斜厚大石膏矿床房柱法开采矿石回采率低与容易发生采空区塌冒灾害难题,以山东兰陵石膏集团厚层石膏矿为背景,从分析矿床地质结构与三律(岩体冒落规律、散体流动规律与地压显现规律)特性入手,研究了综合运用诱导冒落与低贫化放矿技术控制崩落法损失贫化的新方法,提出了串联堑沟诱导冒落法开采方案。分析表明,这一方案具有采场结构简单、开采效率高与生产安全等突出优点,能够高度适应兰陵石膏集团厚层石膏矿床的三律特性与开采条件,可取得安全高效的开采效果。Room and pillar method has been used as the main mining approach with large ratio of permanent pillars reserved and large ore loss,and it can also result in large-scale collapse of stope roof.Aiming at Shandong Lanling Gypsum Group Co.,Ltd.,the induced caving method with tandem trenches was proposed to ensure safety and increase recovery ratio.The"Three Law"(Law of roof caving,Law of ore and rock flowing and Law of ground pressure activity)were analyzed and a new method of controlling the loss and depletion of caving method by using induced caving and low-depletion ore-mining technology was studied.The analysis results indicated that this method had outstanding advantages such as simple structure of stope,high efficiency,production safety,and it can be highly adapted to the "Three Law"characteristics and mining conditions of the thick gypsum deposit of Lanling Gypsum Group,and can achieve safe and efficient mining results.
