摘  要:无底柱分段崩落法的分段高度直接影响矿山采切工程量及矿石损失贫化率,合理的分段高度能为矿山企业带来较大的经济效益。通过分析凿岩设备和矿体稳固性对分段高度的影响,得出限制本矿山分段高度的主要因素是矿体稳固性。参考国内相类似的矿山,并分析矿体稳固性对采场地压和凿岩爆破的影响,确定分段高度为12m。生产实践表明,12m的分段高度,钻孔效率高,成孔率高,爆破效果好,矿石损失贫化在合理的范围内。Sectional height of non-pillar sublevel caving method directly influences the quantity of mining cutting and the loss and dilution ratios,and reasonable sectional height can bring great economic benefits to mining enterprises.By analyzing the influence of rock drilling equipment and ore body stability on sectional height,it was concluded that the main factor restricting the sectional height of this mine was the ore body stability.Referring to similar mines in China,effects of ore body stability on stope ground pressure and rock blasting were analyzed,and the sectional height was determined to be 12 m.The production practice indicated that the sectional height was adopted to be 12 m,with a high drilling efficiency,high porosity and goodblasting effect,and the ore loss and dilution ratios were within reasonable limits.
