摘　　要：在跨境投资大幅上升以及步入高质量发展阶段的现况下,选取中国2006-2016年30个省级面板数据为样本,将人力资本、研发强度、技术差距作为衡量吸收能力的指标,考察ODI逆向技术溢出效应是否有助于推动中国经济增长质量提升。研究结果表明:(1)三项吸收能力所表征的ODI逆向技术溢出的吸收强度,对于提升经济增长质量存在一定程度上的积极作用;(2) ODI逆向技术溢出在控制吸收能力的情况下,对影响经济增长质量存在调节效应,且人力资本相较于研发强度和技术差距而言对ODI逆向技术溢出的吸收内化贡献最大;(3)吸收能力对ODI逆向技术溢出作用于增长质量的过程中具有双重门槛特征,且在不同吸收能力维度的约束下,ODI逆向技术溢出对推动质量型经济增长存在空间异质性。Under the current situation of cross-border investment and high-quality development stage,we selected 30 provincial-level panel data from 2006 to 2016 as samples,and used human capital,R&D intensity and technology gap as indicators to measure absorptive capacity. Whether the ODI reverse technology spillover effect will help promote the quality of China’ s economic growth. The results show that:(1) The absorption intensity of ODI reverse technology spillover characterized by three absorption capacities has a certain positive effect on improving the quality of economic growth;(2) the impact of ODI reverse technology spillover on controlling absorption capacity. There is a regulatory effect on the quality of economic growth,and human capital contributes the most to the absorption internalization of ODI reverse technology spillovers compared with R&D intensity and technology gap;(3) Absorptive capacity has the effect of ODI reverse technology spillover on growth quality. The double threshold characteristics,and under the constraints of different absorption capacity dimensions,ODI reverse technology spillovers have spatial heterogeneity in promoting quality economic growth.
