中药淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将122例骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组口服碳酸钙D3片,1片/次,2次/d,观察组口服中药淫羊藿提取物,50mL/次,2次/d,两组均持续治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前后腰椎L_(2-4)、股骨颈、髓部关节的骨密度和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、钙(Ca^(2+))、磷(P)水平。结果:治疗12周后,观察组腰椎L_(2-4)、股骨颈、髓部关节的骨密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ALP、Ca^(2+)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),P水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效较好,是治疗OP的较好方案之一。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Epimedii Herba on the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: 122 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 61 in each group. Based On the basis treatment, the control group were treated with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets, 1 tablet each time, 2 times each day, the observation group were treated with Epimedium extract, 50 mL each time, 2 times each day. All patients were treated for 12 weeks. After that, the bone mineral density(BMD)of neck of femur, femoral medullary joint and lumbar vertebra L2-4 and the level of alkaline phosphatase(alkaline phosphatase, ALP), calcium(Ca^2+)and phosphorus(P)were observed and compared before and after the treatment of the two groups. Results: after 12 weeks of treatment, the BMD of neck of femur, femoral medullary joint and lumbar vertebra L2-4 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the level of ALP and Ca^2+ in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), while the level of P was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Epimedii Herba is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis. It is one of the better treatments for osteoporosis.
