生物全息穴位贴压对偏头痛的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:评价生物全息穴位贴压对偏头痛的护理效果。方法:选取我院神经内科2015年2月～2016年2月收治的偏头痛患者70例,通过盲选方法分组。两组均接受基础治疗,予对照组常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予生物全息穴位贴压护理干预。治疗结束后,将研究组与对照组治疗效果进行对比。结果:研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组5-羟色胺受体数值明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:生物全息穴位贴压干预偏头痛效果显著,可明显缓解疼痛,有效控制5-羟色胺受体水平,值得推广。Objective: To observe the effects of biological holographic acupoints sticking pressure in treating migraine.Methods: A total of70 patients with migraine in the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM(2015.2~2016.2) were recruited in this study and were evenly and randomly divided into study group and control group. Routine nursing was provided for control group;biological holographic acupoints sticking pressure plus routine nursing were provided for the study group. Curative effects and 5-HT in both groups were compared and analyzed after treatment.Results: The curative effects and the level of 5-HT were superior than those in control group and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Biological holographic acupoints sticking pressure, which can re-lease pain and adjust 5-HT, has an obvious effect on migraine. It is worthy of promotion.
