摘 要:随着经济的放缓,部分客户融资困难,电力公司面临电费欠费风险日益增加,同时在社会舆论的压力下公司对欠费客户进行相关处理也面临巨大的压力。交费大数据的用户电费风险等级研究依托国网公司SG186营销业务应用系统,对各类用户交费方式、交费频次以及交费时间进行大数据梳理分类,结合风险分级规则对用户电费风险等级实施评价,提高电费回收风险管控能力,全面提升企业电费精益化管理水平。With the slowdown of the economy and the difficulties in financing,some of the customers and electric power companies are facing increasing risk of arrears in electricity bills.At the same time,under the pressure of public opinion,the company is facing great pressure to deal with the arrears of customers.Based on the SG186 marketing business application system of the national network company,the research on the risk grade of the user's electricity fee for the large amount of data is based on the large data sorting and classification of the various types of users'payment methods,the frequency of the fees and the time of the payment,and the evaluation of the risk grade of the electricity fee by the risk classification rules.The capacity of the risk management and control of the electricity cost recovery is improved,the level of lean management of electricity charges in enterprises is also improved.
