摘  要:为了显示电镀铬废液中铬离子的空间分布和精准检测,设计了可分布式检测的铬浓度检测系统。首先搭建了系统硬件平台,介绍硬件的设计原理及功能。其次设计软件平台,配置无线模块、无线路由和无线网关,配合硬件完成其相应的功能。分散布置的终端检测节点可通过无线网络将采集数据传输到上位机上进行分析处理。实验表明系统分布式检测灵敏度和线性拟合程度较高。In order to show the chromium distribution and accurate detection of chromium in electroplating chromium in wastewater, a distributed detection system is designed. Firstly, the hardware platform is built, and the design principle and function of the hardware are introduced. Secondly, its software platform is designed. Wireless module, wireless routing and wireless gateway are configured to company hardware with its corresponding functions. The distributed terminal detection node can transmit the collected data to the host computer through the wireless network for analyzing and processing. Experiments show that the sensitivity and linearity fitting of the distributed detection system are higher.
