摘　　要：随着医学影像系统在医院的应用不断扩大,如何充分有效挖掘医学影像资料的价值成为临床科研人员面临的重要问题。为此论文研究构建国家中医药数据中心医学影像索引库,为临床科研人员提供影像检索服务。首先介绍了医学影像存储方式和医学影像检索方式,其次提出了医学影像索引库平台架构设计,并介绍了医学影像索引库平台的部署和系统功能,最后对医学影像索引库建设进行了总结。With the continuous application of the medical picture system in hospitals, how to fully and effectively excavate the value of medical picture data has become an important problem faced by clinical researchers. Therefore the paper studied how to construct the medical picture index library for national traditional Chinese medicine data center to provide the medical picture retrieval service for clinical researchers. The paper first introduced the ways of medical picture storage and medical picture retrieval. Secondly proposed the architecture design of the medical picture index library platform and introduced the deployment and functions of the medical picture index library platform. Finally summarized the construction of the medical picture index library platform.
