摘　　要：分级诊疗流程存在不同类型的耦合关系,诊疗服务和数据节点可能存在资源冲突。提出一种面向远程医疗的分级诊疗流程建模方法,对分级诊疗服务流程结构进行分析与优化。案例分析表明所提出方法能够形式化表达分级诊疗服务流程,简化流程分析过程,为快速、准确地判断和解决分级诊疗流程中存在的冲突提供方法支持。There are different types of coupling relationship in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment process. We present a hierarchical process modeling method for telemedicine and optimize the hierarchical service flow structure. The case analysis shows that the proposed method can formally express the service flow of the classification diagnosis and treatment, simplify the process analysis process, and provide the support for the rapid and accurate judgement and solution of the conflict in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment process.
