摘　　要：目的:医院IT运维管理系统(IT Operation Management System,简称ITOM系统)是为了规范信息科工作流程、提高工作效率、提升服务质量而形成的一款软件系统。方法:系统使用了B/S架构,利用LAMP+jQuery的组合完成服务搭建和代码实现;采用Web Service技术做接口服务,用来与医院其他异构系统进行数据交换。系统主要实现运维事件管理、交接班管理、需求管理、配置和版本管理、知识库管理、统计分析、系统管理7个功能。结论:系统的价值不仅体现在实现了信息科工作条理化、进度可视化、工作可量化,更重要的是体现了医院信息科的技术水平和积极的工作态度。Objective: Hospital IT Operation Management System(ITOM) is a software system that designed to standardize the work flow, improve the service quality and work efficiency. Methods: ITOM performances on the B/S architecture, the Web Server is built utilizing Linux OS, Apache and MySQL. The server script is programmed by PHP and jQuery. Using Web Service to provide interface service used to exchange data with other heterogeneous systems. The main functions of this system are as following: Operation and maintenance events management, Shift management, requirements management, Options and Versions management, knowledge base management, statistical analysis, Options. Conclusion: The values of the ITOM is not only embodied in making work methodized, progress visible and work quantified, but more importantly, technical level and positive working attitude of the IT Department in hospital.
