指尖微量血糖信息化管理的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨指尖微量血糖信息化管理在糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取本科室2016年6月—7月期间接受血糖监测的70例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,行双轨运行前后对比,比较传统手工纸质管理与信息化管理过程中的医护工作时数、工作疏漏与差错。结果:与传统手工纸质管理相比,指尖微量血糖信息化管理在表格建立耗时(1.82s<39.47s)、开具医嘱耗时(3.86s<53.95s)、过医嘱耗时(10.65s<19.15s)相对更短(P <0.05),查对信息不全发生率(0<2.86%)、医嘱出错率(0.41%<1.84%)、血糖漏测率(0.58%<1.95%)相对更低(P <0.05)。结论:指尖微量血糖信息化管理是一种科学、高效的血糖管理方法,能够为糖尿病患者的临床治疗提供重要的支持与帮助,更好地控制血糖水平的稳定,提高患者的生存质量。Objective: To explore the application effect of fingertip microglucose informationization management in the blood glucose management of diabetic patients. Methods: 70 diabetic patients receiving blood glucose monitoring in our department from June 2016 to July 2016 are randomly selected as the research objects. Before and after the double-track operation, the number of working hours, and omissions and errors in the traditional manual paper management and information management are compared. Results: Compared with the traditional manual paper management, for fingertip microglucose information management, time of form establishment(1.82s<39.47s), issuing of doctor’s advice(3.86s<53.95s) and transferring of doctor’s advice(10.65s<19.15s) is relatively shorter(P<0.05). The incidence of incomplete information(0<2.86%), errors in doctor’s advice(0.41%<1.84%) and missing measurement of glucose(0.58%<1.95%) is relatively lower(P <0.05). Conclusion: The fingertip microglucose information management is a scientific and efficient blood glucose management method, which can provide important support and help to the clinical treatment of diabetic patients, better control the stability of blood glucose level, and improve the quality of life of patients.
