摘  要:向电解铝液中添加一定量的冷轧废料,采用过滤精度为50目+50目和50目+60目的泡沫陶瓷过滤板分别进行在线过滤净化处理,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、显微组织分析等检测方法,对比分析了两种在线过滤净化工艺对1235铝合金铸轧板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用过滤精度为50目+60目的泡沫陶瓷过滤板在线过滤净化熔体,可以显著降低熔体中的杂气含量,明显改善熔体的纯度。与过滤精度为50目+50目的泡沫陶瓷过滤板在线过滤净化相比,原来大片状或团簇状不规则形貌夹杂物数量得到了有效滤除,显微组织中孔洞和裂纹也明显减少。通过对夹杂物进行能谱(EDS)分析可知,工艺改进后夹杂物颗粒含有Al、O、Fe、Si元素,可能为Al_2O_3和AlFeSi金属间化合物构成的复合夹杂。A certain amount of aluminum alloy cold-rolled scrap was added to the electrolytic aluminum liquid,and the ceramic foam plates with the filtering precision of 50ppi+50ppi and 50ppi+60ppi were adopted for filtration and purification,respectively.The effects of two kinds of on-line filtration and purification process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 1235 aluminum alloy casting-rolling plates were analyzed by means of microstructure analysis such as optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum analyzer(EDS).The results show that the ceramic foam filter plate with filtering precision of 50ppi+60ppi can reduce significantly the content of impurities in the melts,and improve obviously the purity and cleanliness of the melts.Compared with the ceramic filter plate with the filter precision of 50ppi+50ppi for on-line filtration,the number of large or cluster irregular inclusions was reduced greatly,and the pores and cracks in the microstructure were also reduced.Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis shows that the inclusions after improving the filtration process are mainly composed of Al,O,Fe and Si,which may be a compound inclusion composed of Al2O3 and AlFeSi intermetallic compounds.
