摘 要:通过粉末冶金法制备了SiC_p增强铝基复合材料并对其进行了热挤压变形处理,研究了不同热挤压参数对SiC_p/铝基复合材料磨损性能的影响。结果表明,SiC_p颗粒分布的均匀性对复合材料磨损性能影响较大,热挤压SiC_p/铝基复合材料的磨损量随SiC_p含量的增加先减小后增大;磨损速度及磨损载荷的增大使材料的磨损速率增加。Sn的添加能够提高SiC_p/铝基复合材料的耐磨性能,但Sn含量的变化对热挤压SiC_p/铝基复合材料的磨损性能影响不大。SiCpreinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by means of powder metallurgy and hot extrusion deformation,and the friction and wear properties of the composites prepared were investigated.The results show that the homogeneity of SiCpparticle has great influence on the wear properties of the composites.The wear loss of the composites is increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the SiCpcontent.With increasing in the wear rate and the wear loading,the wearing rate of the composites is increased.The wear properties of the SiCpreinforced aluminum matrix composite can be improved with Sn addition,however,Sn addition change can little affect the wear behavior of the hot extruded composites.
