摘  要:对Ti811钛合金板材进行多道次轧制,并进行了退火处理,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验机研究了轧制Ti811合金的显微组织、断口组织和力学性能。结果表明,轧制态Ti811合金组织主要由细长β相和粗大的板条状α相组成,轧制后退火可促进α相晶粒和β相晶粒等轴化,同时退火处理也促进了α相晶粒转化成β相晶粒,退火温度越高转换比例越大。退火处理减小了轧制Ti811合金的异向抗拉强度差,其中900℃退火试样的室温综合力学性能最好,轧制方向(LD)和厚度(TD)方向抗拉强度分别达到947.4MPa和924.7MPa,伸长率分别达到11.6%和9.4%。另外,断裂方式为韧性断裂。The Ti811 titanium alloy sheet was subjected to multi-pass rolling and then annealed.The microstructure,fracture structure and mechanical properties of the rolled alloy were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing.The results reveal that the microstructure of the rolled titanium alloy is mainly composed of elongatedβ-phase grains and coarse lath-likeα-phase grains.Annealing after rolling can promote the equiaxification ofα-phase grains andβ-phase grains.Meanwhile,annealing treatment also promotes the conversion ofαphase grains intoβphase grains,and with increasing in the annealing temperature,the conversion ratio is increased.Annealing treatment is beneficial to reduce the difference of the anisotropic tensile strength of the rolled titanium alloy.The room temperature comprehensive mechanical properties of the samples annealed at 900℃ present desirable,where the tensile strength of LD and TD direction are 947.4MPa and 924.7MPa and the elongations reach 11.6%and 9.4%,respectively.The fracture modes of the two samples annealed at900℃are characterized by ductile fracture.
