摘  要:目的:采用液质联用技术对康艾注射液中人参皂苷类化学成分进行快速鉴定。方法:化学成分定性分析采用UHPLCLTQ-Orbitrap MS技术,色谱柱为ACQUITY UHPLC Column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm, BEH C18),以0.1%甲酸水和乙腈梯度洗脱,进样量2μL,流速为0.2 mL·min-1。质谱采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),负离子模式下检测。结果:从康艾注射液中共鉴别出40个化学成分。结论:UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS能快速鉴定康艾注射液中人参皂苷类化学成分,为康艾注射液的药效物质研究奠定基础。OBJECTIVE To detect and identify ginsenosides in Kang-ai Injection using UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap mass spectrometer. METHODS The Kang-ai injection was performed on a ACQUITY UHPLC column(2.1mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm, BEH C18) with the mobile phase consisted of ACN and water containing 0.1% formic acid. The flow rate was 0.2mL·min^-1. The data were collected in negative ion mode using electrospray ion source. RESULTS Forty ginsenosides were identified from Kang-ai injection. CONCLUSION A highly sensitive and efficient method for detecting and profiling the ginsenosides of Kang-ai injection using UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap mass spectrometer is established, for further studying the pharmacodynamics material basis of Kang-ai Injection.
