双向超弹纬编三线衬垫针织面料生产实践

摘　　要：采用18.6 tex紧密纺棉纱、14.6 tex紧密纺棉纱和33.0 dtex氨纶丝,在福原VX-DF3三线卫衣机上,开发超弹纬编毛圈组织针织面料。阐述面料的设计思路和开发方案,介绍纬编设备改造、面料编织工艺、染整工艺以及各工序工艺参数设置,并测试面料的基本性能以及光坯面料的拉伸回复性能。结果表明,开发的双向超弹纬编针织面料及光坯面料具有弹性高、拉伸回复率高、手感柔软蓬松的特点,适用于制作家居服饰。A kind of weft knitted terry fabric with super-elasticity was developed on VX-DF3 Fuyuan TF-SFL by using 18.6tex compact spup cotton yarn,14.6 tex compact spun cotton yarn and 33.0 dtex spandex yarn.The design idea and development scheme of the fabric were described.The modification of weft knitting equipment, fabric knitting process,dyeing and finishing process and the setting of process parameters were introduced.The basic properties of the fabric and the tensile recovery properties of the fabric were tested.The results show that the super-elastic weft knitted fabric and gray fabric have the characteristics of high elasticity,high tensile recovery rate,soft handle,fluffy and super-soft,which is suitable for household clothing.
