吸湿速干轻薄功能型针织面料生产实践

摘　　要：采用19.5 tex(30~S)莫代尔与涤纶涡流纺混纺纱(70∶30)、8.3 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f)Coolcool纤维、8.3 tex/72 f涤纶低弹丝,在28针/25.4 mm单面大圆机上,开发一款新型吸湿速干针织面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺,包括设备参数、组织结构、编织参数等,以及染整工艺和技术关键点。并对面料的基本性能及吸湿速干性能进行测试。结果表明,面料的各项性能指标均符合标准要求,并且具有良好的吸湿速干性,适合制作夏季针织服装。A kind of new moisture absorbing and quick drying knitted fabric was developed on 28G single circular knitting machine by using 19.5 tex(30^s)Modal and polyester vortex spun blended yarnq(70:30),8.3 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f) Coolcool fiber and 8.3 tex/72 f polyester low elasticity yarn.The knitting technology including equipment parameters, pattern design,knitting parameters,the dyeing and finishing technology and key technical points were introduced in detail.And the basic properties and moisture absorbing and quick drying properties were also tested.The results show that all performances of the fabric can meet the standard requirements,and the fabric presents excellent moisture absorbing and quick drying properties,which is suitable for making knitted garments in summer.
