摘 要:传统涤棉混纺织物染整工艺耗水量大、污染严重。文中结合工厂使用的生态匀染机,介绍了涤棉针织物生物酶前处理、抛光、染色一浴工艺、染色后处理高效皂洗工艺、省水水洗工艺等几种节能减排工艺,并与传统工艺进行对比分析。结果表明,新工艺弥补了低浴比染机存在的局限性、降低了水、电、汽等能源消耗,提高了生产效率,产业化经济效益明显。In the dyeing and finishing process of traditional polyester-cotton blended fabrics,the water consumption is large and the pollution is serious.Focusing on the ecological dyeing machine used in the factory, this article introduced a one-bath process for pre-treatment polishing and dyeing of polyester/cotton knitted fabrics, a high-efficiency soaping process in the after-treatment,and several energy saving and emission reduction technolo- gies about water washing process ,and compared and analyzed with traditional dyeing process.The results show that the new process makes up for the limitations of low bath dyeing machines,reduces energy consumption of water, electricity,steam,etc.,improves production efficiency,and significantly benefits industrialization.
