摘 要:文中旨在合成将保湿性能和易去污性能结合的全棉织物整理剂,探讨了聚醚结构与保湿结构对整理剂性能,以及整理剂浓度对织物整理效果的影响,并与商品化易去污整理及剂进行对比。结果表明:经过合成整理剂整理的棉布具有一定的易去污效果和一定的保湿效果并且达到预期效果。在35 g/L的整理浓度下,合成比例为聚醚∶保湿单体=6∶4、以聚谷氨酸为保湿单体的合成整理剂对玉米油的易去污等级能够达到5级,对咖啡的易去污等级能够达到4~5级,对墨水的易去污等级能够达到3级,同时全棉织物的回潮率增量达到11.86%。This paper aims to synthesize a cotton fabric finishing agent that combines moisture retention and easy stain-release properties.The effects of polyether structure and moisturizing structure on the finishing agent performance and the concentration of finishing agent on the finishing effect of the fabric are discussed.And it also compared with commercial decontamination finishing agents.The results show that the cotton cloth finished by synthetic finishing agent has certain moisture retention and stain-release effect and achieves the desired effect. When the concentration of finishing agent is 35 g/L,the ratio of polyether:moisturizing monomer is 6:4,and the finishing agent synthesized by using polyglutamic acid as moisturizing monomer can achieve the level of easy stainrelease for corn oil to Level 5,for coffee it can reach level 4-5,for ink it can reach level 3,and the moisture regain rate of the cotton fabric reaches 11.86%.
