摘　　要：绢丝纤维手感柔软、滑爽,光泽度佳,具有优异的服用功能。文中介绍了绢丝筒子纱的纱线准备、前处理工艺、染色及后整理工艺,测试了染色后绢丝筒子纱的染色牢度、色差及断裂强度,总结了绢丝筒子纱染整工艺的关键点。结果表明,染色后绢丝的单纱断裂强度变化较小,染色后的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、层差均达到4～5级,具有较好的染色性能。Spun Silk fiber has excellent performance,such as soft hand,smoothness and good gloss.This paper introduced the spun silk cheese preparation and pretreatment,dyeing and finishing,and tested the dyeing fastness, color difference and breaking strength after dyeing and finishing,and summarized the key points of spun silk cheese dyeing process.The results show that the change of the breaking strength of the dyeing single yarn is small,the color fastness to soaping,rubbing are up to 4-5 level after dyeing,which proves good dyeing performance.
