摘　　要：目的筛选蒙药巴特日七味丸不同提取物的抗炎活性,并考察活性部位的镇痛作用。方法采用对小鼠单核巨噬细胞RAW 264. 7增殖的影响和脂多糖(LPS)刺激RAW 264. 7细胞释放肿瘤坏死因子、白介素6的影响等方法筛选巴特日七味丸的抗炎活性部位;采用冰乙酸致小鼠疼痛和小鼠热刺激反应考察巴特日七味丸活性部位的镇痛作用。结果巴特日七味丸乙酸乙酯-正丁醇部位提取物的抗炎活性较强。结论巴特日七味丸不同部位提取物均具有抗炎活性,其中乙酸乙酯-正丁醇部位的活性较强,且与巴特日七味丸水提物的镇痛作用无显著性差异,可能为巴特日七味丸的有效部位。OBJECTIVE To screen out the anti -inflammatory activity of the extracts from different parts of Bateri Qiwei pills,and to study their analgesic effect.METHODS The active parts of Bateri Qiwei pills were screened by means of the influence of mice scavenger (RAW 264.7 )on cell proliferation,and the release of tumor necrosis factor (TNF -α)and interleukin 6 (IL-6)under the lipopolysaceharide (LPS)stimulating.The analgesic effect of the active parts of Bateri Qiwei pills were studied in mice by methods of acetic acid induced pain and heat stimulation.RESULTS The part of ethyl acetate and n -butyl alcohol of Bateri Qiwei pills has obvious anti -inflammatory effect.CONCLUSION The extracts from different parts of Bateri Qiwei pills all have anti -inflammatory activity,but the part of ethyl acetate and n -butanol was stronger than others, and there was no significant difference in analgesic effect between it and the whole Bateri Qiwei pills.So the effective active site may be the part of ethyl acetate and n -butyl alcohol.
