摘　　要：目的:通过一般反向方差法对银屑病与丙型肝炎的关系进行Meta分析,探讨银屑病与丙型肝炎的相关性。方法:检索1990年1月—2017年9月在中国期刊网全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库中公开发表的关于银屑病与丙型肝炎之间关系的文献,并筛查各纳入文献及有关综述研究的参考文献。使用NOS质量评分量表对文献进行质量评价,应用Review Manager 5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果:3篇横断面研究及1篇队列研究,1篇横断面加队列研究,2篇病例对照研究文献符合纳入标准,异质性检验结果显示七篇文献研究的异质性(I2=84%)较大,采用随机效应模型合并分析,效应值OR=1.71(95%CI:1.13～2.58),差异有统计学意义(Z=2.53,P=0.01)。结论:银屑病与丙型肝可能有相关性。Objective: Generic Inverse Variance Method was used to assess the association between psoriasis and hepatitis C. Method: Literature search was performed on websites, including CNKI, Wanfang data, Sino Med, PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library. Only papers published from Jan 1990 to Jul 2017 were analyzed. The quality of each study was assessed according to NOS quality assessment scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using software of Review Manager 5.3. Results:After exclusion, seven studies, including 3 cross-sectional studies, 1 cohort, 1 cohort and cross-sectional study, 2 case-control studies, were included in the analysis. After the heterogeneity examination, the Meta-analysis was carried out using the Random-effect modeling analysis. And the OR value and its 95% confidence interval were calculated. It was found that psoriasis may be at greater risk of developing HCV than healthy participants[OR=1.71(95%CI:1.13~2.58)(Z=2.53, P=0.01)]. Conclusion: Psoriasis is associated with hepatitis C.
