摘  要:在散料连续运输系统中,转载系统占有极其重要的地位。将离散单元法引入到散料输送转载系统的研究中,分析物料在转载系统中的运动机理。以某工程转载系统为研究实例,建立离散单元分析模型,得到物料在转载系统中的运动仿真,并对仿真数据进行了分析,以仿真结果为依据对原结构进行了优化处理。对比优化前后的仿真结果表明,通过对转载系统的优化,改善了现场工作环境,降低了扬尘,减少了输送带磨损、跑偏等问题,离散单元法在转载系统设计和优化过程中占有优势。The transfer system is of important position in continuous bulk material transportation system. In the paper, the discrete element method(DEM) was introduced into the study of the bulk material transportation and transfer system, so as to analyze the motion mechanism of bulk material in the transfer system. A transfer system being taken as the study object, the discrete element analysis model was built, and the motion simulation of bulk material in the transfer system was obtained. After that, the simulation data was analyzed, and the simulation results was taken as reference to optimize original structure. The comparison of the simulation results before and after optimization showed the optimized transfer system improved the surroundings of working site, suppressed the dust emission, and relieved the abrasion and deviation of belt, which indicated the advantage of DEM in design and optimization of the transfer system.
