摘  要:装卸载是主井提升过程的重要环节。介绍了箕斗立闸门外动力卸载结构和存在的问题,提出了内动力上开扇形门曲轨卸载和外动力扇形闸门卸载方式两种改造方案,通过比较分析,选用外动力扇形门卸载更适合目前矿井实际情况。结果表明:该装置缩短了卸载时间,提高了装卸能力和系统的安全可靠性,实现了装卸载环节的无人值守。Loading and unloading are important link of hoisting process in main shaft. The paper introduced the external-powered unloading device for the vertical gate of the skip and existing problems, and offered two reconstruction schemes involved curved-rail unloading of internal-powered top-opened fan-shaped gate and unloading of external-powered fan-shaped gate. After comparative analysis, it was concluded that the latter was more suitable for actual situation in current mine. The results showed the unloading of externalpowered fan-shaped gate shortened the unloading duration, enhanced the loading and unloading capability as well as the security reliability, thus the unattended operation of the loading and unloading process was realized.
