摘　　要：设计了一种可用于颚式破碎机的新型分段软启动和过载保护装置。该装置将滚珠式离合器安装于颚式破碎机带轮、飞轮与偏心轴之间,在液压控制系统的驱动下,实现了颚式破碎机的三段软启动以及过载保护。与现有技术比较,该装置具有简单可靠、对过载反应灵敏、离合迅速以及便于排出非破碎物等特点,可供有关设备生产厂家参考。A new-type staged startup and overload protection device for the jaw crusher was designed. In the device, the ball clutch was installed between the belt pulley, the flywheel and the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher. Driven by the hydraulic control system, three-stage soft startup and overload protection for the jaw crusher were realized. Compared with existing technology, the device was characterized by simple and reliable operation, sensitiveness to overload, rapid clutching and easiness of non-crushing material discharge. It was of reference for concerned manufacturers.
