摘 要:采用流量调节阀可实现调压器降压及稳压功能,还能够精确调节燃气流量,有望解决燃气调压系统供气不均问题。本文应用Fluent软件对线性消音流量调节阀进行了模拟研究,获得了符合调节阀流量特性的特性曲线,针对不同开度进行了流场和流线分析,结果发现小开度是造成燃气流动不稳定的主要原因,而阀腔后部的圆柱流道结构也是造成能量和压力损失的主要原因。在此基础上,运用Aspen Plus模拟了在入口压力和流量波动时,为保证出口压力稳定的调压策略,为解决燃气输配管网系统的分配不均问题提供技术支持。The flow control valve can be used for reducing and stabilizing pressure,but also accurately adjusting the gas flow,which is expected to solve the uneven supplyproblem at thegas regulator system.In this paper,Fluent software is used to simulate the linear silencer flow control valve, and the right flow characteristic curves of the regulating valve are obtained.Analysis offlow field and streamline are carried out for different opening degrees.It is found that the main reason for causing unstable flow is resulted from the small opening degree,and the valve cavity at the rear of the cylindrical flow channel structure is also the main cause of energy and pressure loss.Based on this,the Aspen Plus is used to simulate the pressure regulation strategy to ensure the stability of the outlet pressure when the inlet pressure and the flow fluctuate,and provide technical support to solve the problem of uneven distribution of the gas transmission and distribution network system.
