摘　　要：本文介绍了国内门诊护理的发展现状,并对门诊护理人员所面临的机遇与挑战进行了分析,提出门诊护理变革的重要性,以期为我国门诊护理的发展提供参考。This paper reviewed the development status of outpatient nursing in China,and analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by outpatient nursing staff,and put forward the importance of outpatient nursing reform,so as to provide reference for the development of outpatient nursing in our country.
