手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 :调查手术室护士对感染手术终末消毒的知识、态度、行为现状并分析其影响因素。方法 :以2018年7月在北京参加中华护理学会手术室专科护士培训班的122名手术室护士作为研究对象,调查其对感染手术终末消毒的知识、态度、行为及影响因素。结果 :手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知识均分为(0.56±0.17)分,其中消毒剂作用效果及使用浓度部分得分最高,为(0.81±0.25)分,清洁消毒得分最低,为(0.36±0.14)分;态度和行为均分分别为(4.19±0.92)分、(4.17±0.78)分;84.43%的护士认为终末消毒对预防交叉感染非常重要;83.61%的护士愿意参加感染手术终末消毒知识培训;手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知识的影响因素为工作年限、知识培训次数;态度的影响因素为知识培训次数;行为的影响因素为领导重视程度。结论 :本组手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知识得分处于中等水平,态度积极,但行为实践能力低,建议护士长根据护士的不同特征,有针对性地进行感染手术终末消毒知识培训并加强培训的频次,同时加强管理。Objective: To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitude and practice of operating room nurses on terminal disinfection of infected operation and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: The study was conducted on 122 operating room nurses who attended the operating room specialist nurses training class of the Chinese Nursing Association in Beijing in July 2018. A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition and influencing factors of terminal disinfection of infected operation. Results: The scores of terminal disinfection knowledge of infection operation in operating room nurses was(0.56±0.17), among which the score of disinfectant effect and application concentration was the highest(0.81±0.25), and the score of cleaning disinfection was the lowest(0.36±0.14). The mean score of attitude and behavior were(4.19±0.92) and(4.17±0.78), 84.43% of the nurses thought terminal disinfection was very important to prevent cross infection;83.61% would like to participate in the training on terminal disinfection of infected operation. The influencing factors of operating room nurses’ knowledge of terminal disinfection of infected operation were: working years, number of knowledge training;the influencing factor of attitude is the number of knowledge training;the influencing factor of behavior is the degree of attention paid by leaders. Conclusion: The knowledge score of terminal disinfection of infected operation in the operating room nurses is at medium level. The operating room nurses have positive attitude, while the level of practical ability is low. Head nurses should give knowledge training and strengthen the training frequency according to different characteristics of the nurses, as well as strengthen management to develop the responsibilities and advantages of the operating room nurses.
