新疆西北部沿边民族地区经济发展模式探讨

摘　　要：随着丝绸之路经济带建设的不断推进,"向西开放"进入全新时期,新疆作为丝绸之路核心区,应紧紧抓住这一难得的发展机遇,转换经济发展模式,实现跨越式发展,特别是新疆西北部沿边地区更应充分发挥地缘优势、创新经济发展模式、推动区域经济转型快速发展。对新疆西北部地区的发展现状、优势资源、制约因素进行分析,针对人力资源开发落后、产业结构层级低、缺少支柱产业等问题,选择区域"一轴一带"协同发展模式才能提升区域发展的竞争力,促进沿边区域经济均衡发展。With the constant construction of Silk Road Economic Belt,"Westward Develoment"has stepped into a completely new period.Xinjiang,as the core area of the Silk Road,should seize this golden opportunity to change economic development model and achieve leap development.Above all,northwest Xinjiang along the border should give full play to geographical advantages and actively create new economic development model to achieve transitional development of regional economy.This paper analyzes the development status,superior resources and restraining factors of northwest Xinjiang.To solve the problems of backward human resource development,low industrial structure and lack of pillar industry,this paper,from the perspective of"Westward Develoment",puts forward some suggestions such as collaborative development model of"one axis and one belt"so as to improve regional economic competitiveness and balanced development,providing a reference for making regional development policies in northwest Xinjiang.
