室性逸搏心律合并心室内反复搏动致干扰性房室脱节1例

摘　　要：本文报道1例扩张性心肌病患者心室短暂性逸搏心律并在心室内形成反复搏动,由于窦性激动下传时连续遭遇室性激动逆传所导致的不应期,故发生连续性的干扰而形成一过性房室脱节。Reciprocal beats mostly occur in atrioventricular node and lead to atrial echo wave or reentrant ventricular beat no matter of their origination from sinus,atrium,atrioventricular junctional area or ventricle. However,reentry pathway of reciprocal beat was also situated in ventricle for rare patients with or without organic heart diseases such as coronary artery disease,myocardial infarction and cardiomyopathy.This article introduced an interferential atrioventricular dissociation resulted from ventricular escape rhythm and intraventdcular reciprocal beat in a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy.
