摘 要:以二乙醇胺、溴代十二烷和二溴乙烷为原料,合成了一种双子表面活性剂型增稠剂GD,研究了其对清洁压裂液体系S1、S2和S3黏度和携砂性能的影响。结果表明,GD对S1的黏度性能影响相对较大,加入质量分数为0.04%的GD (100g压裂液中加入0.04g的双子表面活性剂GD)可使S1的黏度增幅高达42.96%。由于GD的加入,清洁压裂液体系S1、S2和S3中均可形成三维网状结构,从而增加体系的携砂性能;当GD质量分数为0.04%时,20~30目砂子在S1、S1和S3体系中的沉降时间增幅分别高达155.6%、179.4%和100%。A gemini surfactant thickener GD was synthesized from diethanolamine,bromododecane and dibromoethane,and the influences on the viscosity and sand carrying property of clean fracturing fluid S1,S2 and S3have been studied.Results show that GD had a great influence on the performance of S1,0.04% GD could increase the viscosity of S1 by up to 42.96%.Due to the addition of GD,a three-dimensional network structure could be formed in the three clean fracturing fluid systems S1,S2 and S3.When the GD addition was 0.04wt%,the settling time of 20-30 mesh sand in S1,S1 and S3systems had increased to as high as 155.6%,179.4% and 100%,respectively.
