摘  要:结合张集煤矿14131工作面的实际地质条件和岩层物理力学参数,采用理论分析和FLAC3D数值模拟,计算了放顶高度,分析了初次来压歩距,得到了合理的工作面支护强度和面长。结果表明,岩石碎胀系数控制在1.30~1.35,循环放顶高度控制在18.8~22 m,老顶初次来压步距为34.8~46.4 m,支架合理支护强度为0.8~1.1 MPa,工作面的合理面长为160~190 m。为工作面巷道布置和支架设备选型提供了参考依据。Combining with geological conditions of 14131 working face in Zhangji coal mine and stratum physical and mechanics parameters, adopting theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of FLAC^3D, the roof caving height is calculated, the first weighting interval is analyzed, reasonable supporting strength and face length are obtained. The results show that bulking factor should be controlled in the range of 1.30 to 1.35, circulatory roof caving height should be within 18.8 m to 22 m,first weighting interval of upper roof is 34.8 m to 46.4 m, reasonable supporting strength is 0.8 MPa to1.1 MPa, and rational working face length is 160 m to 190 m. These offer reference frame for roadway layout and equipment selection.
