摘  要:运用有限元分析法,对四轴超静定等厚振动筛筛体的固有频率、固有振型进行分析。基于上述结论,结合结构静力学分析和nCode DesignLife疲劳软件对超静定网梁体进行疲劳寿命分析。通过分析表明:在四轴变轨迹振动筛上增加超静定网梁结构能够提高振动筛弯扭变形的固有频率,有效地增加筛体结构刚度,同时能够避开工作频率,避免了因共振对筛体造成的破坏和损伤;由nCode DesignLife软件分析结果可知,在正常的工况下超静定网梁体的疲劳损伤对振动筛影响不大,其使用寿命完全满足使用要求。The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the natural frequencies and natural modes of the equal-thickness screen of four-axis and statically indeterminate. Base on the above conclusion, structural static analysis combines fatigue life analysis of ANSYS nCode DesignLife fatigue software developed by HBM nCode is going. The analysis results show that statically indeterminate netbeam structure of the four-axis equal-thickness screen can effectively increase the rigidity of the sieve body structure and the natural frequency of the bending-torsion deformation of the screen,at the same time it avoid the working frequency and the destruction and damage of screen body. Analysis results of nCode DesignLife show that under normal conditions, fatigue damage of hyperstatic net-beam structure have little impact on the screen, and its service life fully meet the requirements.
