摘  要:针对矿用工程车在矿场掉头难、转弯半径大等问题,设计出后轮断开式转向机构,求解出输入轴与输出轴之间的转角关系。利用MATLAB完成对转向梯形的优化设计,并用ADAMS验证理论结果。结果表明,断开式转向机构左转向臂转过-10°~10°内,右转向臂转角为-9.57°~10.33°,证明该设计可行。该机构的研究为矿用工程车减小转弯半径奠定了理论基础。Aiming at the problems that the mining engineering vehicle is difficult to turn around in the mine and the turning radius is large, the rear wheel disconnecting steering mechanism is designed to solve the angle relationship between the input shaft and the output shaft. The optimized design of the steering trapezoid was completed by using MATLAB, and the theoretical results were verified by ADAMS. The results show that the left steering arm of the disconnected steering mechanism rotates over the range of-10° to 10°, and the right steering arm angle is-9.57° to 10.33°, which proves that the design is feasible. The agency′ s research laid the theoretical foundation for reducing the turning radius of mining engineering vehicles.
