摘 要:目的通过临床检测S100B蛋白、CK-BB判定早产儿脑组织受损情况。方法收集2015年1月-2017年1月在该院妇产科出生的早产儿120例及正常新生儿200例,其中早期早产儿40例,晚期早产儿80例。均取脐带血3 ml离心后取上清液置-70℃冰箱保存待测。应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)、双抗体夹心法检测S100B蛋白、CK-BB。结果早产儿与正常组脐血中S100B蛋白、CK-BB比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。早期早产儿与正常组比较,脐血中S100B蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);脐血中CK-BB差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。晚期早产儿与早期早产儿S100B蛋白、CK-BB比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 100B蛋白在早期早产儿中升高而CK-BB无变化,提示神经胶质细胞首先受到损害,神经元无明显损害。这一部分早产儿是否会发展为脑性瘫痪及对康复治疗的效果有待进一步追踪研究。Objective To determine damage of brain tissue in premature infants by clinical detection of S100 B protein and CK-BB.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,120 premature infants and 200 normal neonates born in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Chongqing were collected,40 early premature infants and 80 late premature infants were included.Umbilical cord blood samples (3 ml) were obtained,after centrifugation,supernatant was collected and conserved at-70℃ in refrigerator.ELISA and double-antibody sandwich method were used to detect S100 B protein and CK-BB. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of S100 B protein and CK-BB in umbilical cord blood between premature infants and normal infants (P > 0. 05).There was statistically significant difference in the level of S100 B protein in umbilical cord blood between early premature infants and normal infants (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the level of CK-BB in umbilical cord blood between early premature infants and normal infants (P>0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of S100 B protein and CK-BB in umbilical cord blood between early premature infants and late premature infants (P>0. 05). Conclusion S100 B protein levels increases in early premature infants,while CK-BB level doesn’t change significantly,which indicates that glial cells are the first to be damaged,there is no obvious damage to neurons. These premature infants developing to cerebral palsy and the effect of rehabilitation therapy need to be further followed up and studied.
