摘 要:在旅客进站流程中,实名认证与安检是2个重要环节,减少这2个环节的排队时间对优化整个旅客进站流程具有重要意义。运用数理统计原理,拟合出实名认证与安检环节旅客到达和服务时间概率分布规律。运用排队论基础对这2个环节排队特征进行分析研究,建立M/M/1/∞/∞/FCFS排队系统模型,并计算旅客停留时间与排队等待人数等参数。对该模型进行优化,将实名认证与安检2个窗口合并,实现旅客在安检的同时进行实名认证,重新建立排队系统模型。对比优化前后系统模型中旅客停留时间与排队等待人数等参数可知,窗口合并可优化旅客进站流程,提高进站效率。实际操作中,采取工作人员尽快适应窗口变化、实现职责合一以及加强对旅客的引导等管理措施,进一步保障窗口合并后取得理想效果。Since real-name certification and security check serve as two important steps for passengers to enter railway station,it is significant for optimizing the entrance process to reduce the time of queueing.Adopting mathematical statistical principle,the paper plans to conclude the probability distribution rule of the arrival and service time for passengers during the two steps.The paper analyzes the characteristics of queueing by adopting Queuing Theory Basis,establishes M/M/1/∞/∞/FCFS queueing system model and calculates the queueing time and the quantity of waiting passengers.The paper establishes a new model to combine the two windows of realname certification and security check,realizing that the two steps are conducted simultaneously.Combining the two windows can optimize the entrance process and enhance its efficiency by comparing the queueing time and the quantity of waiting passengers before and after the optimization.Some management measures should be carried out during actual operation,for instance,making the staff adapt to the change of the windows,realizing the unity of responsibilities and strengthening the guidance to passengers,to ensure a preconceived result after the combination.
