摘  要:采用控制变量法结合粉末X射线衍射表征技术探究了粗盐提纯实验中影响沉淀形态、结晶度以及实验时间和产品产率的因素,实验结果表明:第2次过滤实验的最优条件是机械搅拌速度为1r/s,粗盐用量为8g,煮沸时间为12min。该条件下沉淀全部以晶体形式析出,产品产率高达76.25%。The control variable method with X-ray powder diffraction characterization technique were employed to explore the influencing factors of precipitate form,crystallinity as well as experimental time and product yields in purification of crude salt.The research result indicated that the best conditions for the second filtration of crude salt purification are as follows:the stirring speed is 1 rotation per second,the dosage of crude salt is 8 grams,and the heating time is 12 minutes.The precipitation separate out all in crystal form under the above condition and the product yield in 76.25%.
