摘  要:"大机小网"特点要求海南电网和发电厂必须考虑电力系统频率特性及应对策略。琼中抽水蓄能1号机组在动态调试期间泵工况开停机功率变化较快造成海南电网频率波动。该电站开展抽水工况启停速率优化研究工作,消除开停机过程造成的电网频率冲击,降低了海南电网在联络线检修或故障时的孤网条件下系统频率失稳风险。The characteristics of"Small power system containing large capacity generator"in Hainan Province require that the power grid and power plants must consider the frequency characteristics of power system and the countermeasures must be considered. During the commissioning of pumping operation of Unit 1 in Hainan Qiongzhong Pumped-storage Power Station,the frequency of power grid fluctuates due to the rapid change of active power in start-up and shutdown process. The optimization research on the start-up and shutdown process of pumping operation is carried out for eliminating the impact of start-up and shutdown process of pumping operation on power grid frequency,which can reduce the risk of frequency instability of Hainan power system under the condition of isolation operation caused by the maintenance or failure of contact line.
