摘 要:采用半桥子模块的直流电网难以清除直流侧故障,直接采用直流断路器切断故障电流对于检测和断路设备都提出了严苛的要求。为此,该文提出一种适用于故障电流抑制的混合式故障限流器。该限流器利用限流电阻和限流电抗通过由晶闸管和换相电容组成的H桥电路实现限流过程。对所提限流器的工作原理、控制模式、电气应力和能量转移过程进行研究,并在4端直流电网中仿真验证。研究表明,所提限流器能够有效抑制电流增长,并具有较好的经济性,适用于高压直流输电的保护需求。The traditional DC grid based on half-bridge modular multilevel converter(MMC) has difficulties in fault current clearance on DC side, thus it requires advanced technology of fault detection and dc circuit breakers(DCCB). In this paper, a novel topology of hybrid fault current limiter(hybrid FCL) suitable for current limiting was put forward. The proposed FCL use resistors and current limiting reactors to realize the current limiting process through a H-bridge circuit consisting of thyristors and commutation capacitor. The principle, control method, electrical stress and energy transformation process of the proposed FCL were studied and the FCL was verified in a 4 terminal DC grid. It is shown that the proposed FCL can satisfy the protection demand in HVDC with effective current limiting result and economic efficiency.
