癌毒病机分类及其在肿瘤临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：癌毒病机理论提出癌毒是导致肿瘤发生发展的关键病机,癌毒常与痰、瘀、热、湿、风、寒等病邪兼夹,毒因邪而异性,邪因毒而鸱张,共同构成肿瘤的复合病机病证。按癌毒兼夹的病邪不同可将其分为痰毒、瘀毒、热毒、湿毒、风毒、寒毒,具体论治在抗癌解毒、扶正祛邪的基础上,痰毒证治以化痰散结,常用二陈汤、消瘰丸加减;瘀毒证治以活血化瘀,常用桃红四物汤、血府逐瘀汤加减;热毒证治以清热凉血,常用黄连解毒汤、犀角地黄汤加减;湿毒证治以祛湿泄浊,常用胃苓汤、四妙丸加减;风毒证治以平肝熄风,常用天麻钩藤饮、镇肝熄风汤加减,寒毒证治以温阳散寒,常用五积散、阳和汤加减。同时不同恶性肿瘤的主要病理因素及具体癌毒的类型各有区别,临证可根据不同病位有针对性地选择不同的抗癌解毒药,以取得更好的疗效。The pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin proposes that cancer toxin is the main pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of tumor. Cancer toxin is often combined with phlegm,stasis,heat,dampness,wind and cold. Toxic varies due to pathogens,and pathogens exaggerate because of toxin. They constitute the compound pathogenesis of tumor. Toxin can be divided into phlegm toxin,stasis toxin,heat toxin,dampness toxin,wind toxin and cold toxin according to the pathogen which cancer toxin is combined with. Specifically,on the basis of anti-cancer and resolving toxin,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,the treatment of phlegm toxin is to resolve phlegm and dissipate mass,and modified Erchen Decoction(二陈汤),Xiaoluo Pills(消瘰丸) are often used. The treatment of stasis toxin is to activate blood and resolve stasis,and modified Taohong Siwu Decocion(桃红四物汤),Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤) are often used. The treatment of heat toxin is to clear heat and cool blood,and modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(黄连解毒汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤) are often used. The treatment of dampness toxin is to remove dampness and dispel turbid,and modified Weiling Decoction(胃苓汤),Simiao Pills(四妙丸) are often used. The treatment of wind toxin is to calm the liver to stop the wind,and modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮),Zhengan Xifeng Decoction(镇肝熄风汤) are often used. The treatment of cold toxin is to warm yang and dispel cold,and modified Wuji Powder(五积散),Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤) are often used. At the same time,the main pathological factors of different malignant tumors and the types of specific cancer toxins are different. The clinical treatment can select different anticancer and resolving toxin drugs according to different diseases to achieve better curative effect.
