治疗便秘方剂中辛味药物的应用规律

摘　　要：目的探究以辛润法思想为指导的治疗便秘方剂中辛味药物的应用规律。方法收集《中医方剂大辞典》中所有治疗便秘的方剂,分别统计含辛味药及不含辛味药方剂中药物使用频次,以Apriori算法的关联规则挖掘是否含辛味药物相关方剂中的药物组合以及核心药组的关联情况。结果最终纳入含辛味药的便秘治疗方剂405首,展示出44个核心组合,20条关联规则,其提升度均> 1,为正相关的有效规则,其中18条规则的提升度≥3,表示规则之间具有很强的正相关联系。高频的辛味药有当归、枳壳、木香、槟榔等,最常与其配伍的药物有大黄、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁等。纳入不含辛味药的便秘治疗方剂70首,最终得到9个核心组合,5条关联规则,其提升度均> 1,为正相关的有效规则,其中1条规则的提升度≥3,表示规则之间具有很强的正相关联系。不含辛味药的方剂中常用药物为大黄、甘草、牵牛子、栀子、黄芩等,常与泻下药、清热药、补虚药配伍。结论治疗便秘组方常由辛味药与滋阴药进行配伍,佐以宽肠行气药,取行气布津、润燥通便之义。Objective To study the application rules of pungent flavor drugs in the formulas for treating constipation guided by moistening therapy with the drugs of pungent flavor. Methods Formulas of treating constipation in Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary(《中医方剂大辞典》) were collected. With the R language and R-studio software,the methods of data-mining including association rules and Apriori algorithm were used to extract and analyze the frequency of single medicinal herb,the drug combinations,and the association rules in core drug combinations. Results A total of 405 prescriptions on treating constipation with the drugs of pungent flavor were included,and 44 core drug compositions and 20 association rules were obtained. All of the association rules obtained above were positively correlated,with a confidence greater than 1,while 18 of them were greater positively correlated with a confidence greater than 3. The high frequency drugs of pungent flavor were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),Muxiang(Radix Aucklandiae),Binlang(Semen Arecae),etc. The drugs most commonly combined with the above high frequency drugs were Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Huomaren(Fructus Cannabis),Yuliren(Semen Pruni),Taoren(Semen Persicae),etc. Moreover,a total of 70 prescriptions without the drugs of pungent flavor and treating constipation were included. Nine core drug compositions and 5 association rules were obtained,which were all positively correlated,with a confidence greater than 1,while 1 of them were positively correlated with a confidence greater than 3. Prescriptions without pungent flavor drugs usually containe following drugs,Dahhang(Radix et Rhizoma Rei),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Qianniuzi(Semen Pharbitidis),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae) and Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),and they were often compatible with herbs for purgation,clearing heat and norishment.
