摘 要:针对我国城市水系统发展所面临的叠加水问题,基于水敏感城市理念框架,构建城市水系统综合管理评价指标体系与方法,并以西咸新区沣西新城为例,评价其现状和规划城市水系统综合管理发展阶段,解析其发展过程中水系统综合管理问题,提出相应的管理战略,为我国城市水系统综合管理的精细化发展提供技术支持。This paper aims at the problem of superimposed water in the development of urban water system in China. It was constructed the evaluation index system and method of urban water system integrated management. It’s based on the framework of water-sensitive city concept. Evaluated the present situation and plans of urban water in the area of Fengxi New City in Xixian New District. The stage and problems of integrated management development can be seen. Then put forward the corresponding management strategy. That provide technical support for the fine development of urban water system integrated management.
