摘 要:针对全国华中地区湖南、湖北、河南等地主要城市及北京市主城区,具有代表性使用功能的大中型建筑物,随机选取建筑内生活热水水质进行检测分析。调研检测数据显示,理化指标合计采样点为33个,热水平均水温45.5℃,其中黄河以南10个采样点平均钙硬度为108.64 mg/L。微生物检测采样点22栋建筑采集样品47个,其中7栋建筑的生活热水水样中检出了军团菌阳性样本,占建筑总数的31.81%,共检出军团菌的阳性水样11件,占总样本数的23.40%;有5栋楼建筑的生活热水水样中非结核分枝杆菌呈阳性,占本次采样建筑总数的22.72%,共检出阳性样本7件,占总样本数的14.89%;阳性水样来源于酒店和住宅类建筑。The quality of domestic hot water in large and medium-sized buildings with representative functions in Central China, such as Hunan, Hubei, Henan and other major cities and the urban area of Beijing, was randomly selected for testing and analysis.According to the survey data, the total sampling points of physical and chemical indicators are 33, and the average water temperature of hot water is 45.5 ℃. The average calcium hardness of 10 sampling points in the south of the Yellow River is 108.64 mg/L.There were 47 samples collected from 22 buildings in the microbial testing sampling area. Among them, the positive samples of Legionella were detected in the domestic hot water samples of 7 buildings, accounting for 31.81% of the total number of buildings. A total of 11 positive samples of Legionella were detected,accounting for 23.40% of the total sample. Non-tuberculous Mycobacteria in the domestic hot water samples of 5 buildings were positive, accounting for 22.72% of the total number of buildings sampled. And 7 positive samples were detected, accounting for 14.89% of the total number samples, positive water samples come from hotels and residential buildings.
