摘  要:采用半自动MIG焊接方法,焊接材料选用奥氏体不锈钢焊丝,对低密度钢与6211、616、Q235钢进行焊接工艺试验,考察低密度钢与异种钢的焊接可行性。结果表明:在纯氩保护气氛条件下,低密度钢与6211、616、Q235钢焊接时焊缝熔池金属流动性较差,但可获得具有良好表面和内部质量的焊缝,低密度钢与6211、616钢焊接接头抗拉强度为低密度钢母材的60%以上,断后伸长率在12%以上,低密度钢与Q235钢焊接接头的抗拉强度基本与Q235钢母材等强。Semi-automatic MIG welding method was applied in the welding process of low-density steel and the dissimilar steel of6211,616 and Q235 with welding material of austenitic stainless steel wire.The welding feasibility of low-density steel and dissimilar steel was investigated.The test results show that,under the condition of pure argon protection atmosphere,the lowdensity steel and the dissimilar steels of 6211,616 and Q235 have poor fluidity in the weld pool,but the welds with good surface quality and internal quality can be obtained.The tensile strength coefficient of welded joints of low-density steel and6211,616 steel is above 60%,and the elongation is above 12%.The tensile strength of welded joints of low-density steel and Q235 steel is basically equal to that of Q235 steel base metal.
