摘  要:为进一步提高机械构件用35SiMn钢的表面性能,采用电沉积技术对35SiMn钢进行表面处理。分别制备Ni、NiCo合金和Ni-Co/SiC复合镀层,并研究3种镀层的表面形貌、元素组成、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明:表面处理使35SiMn钢的硬度明显提高,耐磨性能也得到有效改善;3种镀层的组织较致密,其中Ni-Co/SiC复合镀层的组织最致密;3种镀层硬度的平均值分别是35SiMn钢的1.8倍、2.1倍和2.3倍,摩擦因数相比35SiMn钢分别降低16.7%、28.3%、33.3%。In order to improve the surface performances of 35 SiMn steel,the electrodeposition technology was used to treat the surface of 35 SiMn steel for mechanical components.Ni coating,Ni-Co alloy coating and Ni-Co/SiC composite coating were prepared by electrodeposition,respectively.The surface morphology,element composition,hardness and wear resistance of three coatings were investigated.The results show that the hardness and the wear resistance of 35 SiMn steel are obviously improved after surface treatment.Three coatings present a dense structure,and the structure of Ni-Co/SiC composite coating is more dense.The average hardness of Ni coating,Ni-Co alloy coating and Ni-Co/SiC composite coating is 1.8 times,2.1 times and 2.3 times higher than that of 35 SiMn steel,respectively.The friction coefficient is reduced by 16.7%,28.3% and 33.3%,respectively,compared to 35 SiMn steel.
