摘  要:使用Gleeble3500型热模拟机对高强韧炮钢材料进行压缩试验,得到不同温度及变形速率下材料的真实应力-应变曲线。试验数据表明,高强韧炮钢材料为应变率和温度敏感材料。拟合得到高强韧炮钢材料热塑性变形的应力-应变本构模型。采用有限元方法对高强韧炮钢进行模拟仿真,计算得到相同工艺条件下,空心与实心坯料锻造过程中的应力-应变等结果,为高强韧炮钢热锻过程控制提供理论基础及技术指导。The real stress-strain curres of high strength and toughness gun steel under different strain rates and temperatures were obtained through compression test in Gleeble3500 thermal simulator.Results shows that high strength and toughness gun steel is a temperature sensitive and strain rate sensitive material.The fitted stress-strain constitutive equation is obtained.FEM simulation was applied to the forging process of high strength and toughness gun steel.The stress and strain figures of the hollow and solid billet in the same forging process were obtained,which provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for actual hot forging process of high strength and toughness gun steel.
