摘  要:制备出由防水透气层、催化层和导电层组成的三相气体扩散空气电极,对其表面形貌和电化学性能进行测试。SEM结果显示空气电极整体上致密均匀,EDS分析表明C、Mn、La、Ca等元素在催化层表面均匀分布。通过极化曲线和放电曲线测试研究催化剂的含量和催化层的厚度对空气电极性能的影响。结果表明:二者都存在一个最佳值,当催化剂的质量分数为20%和催化层厚度为0.3 mm时,空气电极性能最佳。A three-phase gas diffusion air electrode consisting of a waterproof permeable layer,a catalytic layer and a conductive layer was prepared,and its surface morphology and electrochemical properties were tested.SEM results show that the air electrode is compact and uniform as a whole.EDS analysis shows that C,Mn,La,Ca and other elements are uniformly distributed on the surface of the catalytic layer.The effects of catalyst content and catalyst layer thickness on the performance of air electrode were studied by testing polarization curves and discharge curves.The results show that there is an optimum value for both of them.The air electrode achieves the best performance when the mass fraction of catalyst content is 20% and catalyst layer thickness is 0.3 mm.
